Support Instructions - Internet Explorer "Edge" Browser on Windows OS
Depending on your operating system or web browser version, your screen
may look slightly different than the images below. Use this as a
general guide only.
1. Using Internet
Explorer or Microsoft "Edge", browse to http://support.solutionhealth.org
2. Enter the Session
ID provided by the SolutionHealth technician
3. When prompted, choose to
download the remote support file
4. When prompted, choose "Run. If prompted with a second security
warning, accept the warning and click "Yes"
5. Please wait as the remote
support application is downloaded and run
6. When prompted to
join the Remoe Support session, click "Join"
7. Finally, to end the
Remote Support session, click "X"
8. Then click "Ok" to close the remote support application
